Marc Anthony, President
Marc Anthony has been in the ambulatory sleep industry since 1991 and was an owner in the largest sleep disorders company in the United States, Ambulatory Services of America, Inc. (ASA). Mr. Anthony built ASA from the ground up doing sleep disorder testing himself in 1991 to employing a staff of over 45 professionals providing over 6000 sleep tests annually. After the sale of ASA, Mr. Anthony assembled a new team of partners to repeat the successful model of ASA.
Joseph Sollecito, R.N., EMT-P, Executive Vice President, Director of Marketing and Business Development
Joseph Sollecito has worked in the medical community in the South Florida region for over 25 years and has been instrumental in the building process of our business model. Mr. Sollecito has worked in the sleep disorders industry since 1997 as an Area Operations Manager for Ambulatory Services of America. His recognized professionalism, expertise and innovation has led to our success. Mr. Sollecito successfully developed and implemented clinical policies and procedures for United Sleep Diagnostics. Mr. Sollecito oversees the hiring and development of all clinical staff as well as the development and direction of our sales and marketing team.
Kelly Horton, EMT, Executive Vice President, Administrator
Kelly Horton brings her extensive background in business management and operations logistics to USD after many years in operations management. She is solely responsible for the administrative design and daily operations at our corporate headquarters as well as all of our affiliated centers. Ms. Horton began with USD at its inception and within a few short years became a principle partner due to her tireless efforts to provide quality care for our patients and a safe friendly environment for our employees. Ms. Horton is the leader of our corporate management team and is the front line partner of our operations.

Psychiatry

Medicine. He

Neurophysiology.
Marlon Seliger, M.D., A.C.P.,
Advisory
Board and
Interpreting
Physician
Dr. Seliger is the Medical Director of United Sleep Diagnostics, Inc. and the Director of the Long Island College Hospital Sleep Laboratory & EEG Center. In addition to performing USD sleep study interpretations, Dr. Seliger is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, Neurology and Psychiatry & Clinical Neurophysiology. As an active member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, Dr. Seliger also serves on the Committee for the Development of Risk Management Guidelines for Sleep Disorders. Dr. Seliger heads the Quality Assurance and Improvement committees for United Sleep Diagnostics and remains on numerous other professional societies relating to sleep medicine and neurology.
Dr. Seliger graduated from Downsate Medical College in May 1985 and became Board Certified in Sleep Medicine in April of 1992.
Services
All tests performed for the diagnosis of sleep disorders are in accordance with the parameters outlined in the American Academy of Sleep Medicine as well as Medicare guidelines.
Sleep Apnea Evaluation (Polysomnography)
A one night nocturnal polysomnogram (NPSG) allows visually aided computer analysis of each patient’s sleep period, by the accepted method of evaluating the EEG, EOG and EMG. In addition, the presence or absence of airflow at the nose and mouth is determined, respiratory belts monitor abdominal and thoracic respiratory efforts, continuous non-invasive evaluation of arterial blood oxygen saturation, recording of electro-cardiogram (ECG) to diagnose intermittent rhythm abnormalities, recording of body position for nocturnal breathing abnormalities, recording of continuous leg movements and several other parameters.
Multiple Sleep Latency Test (MSLT)
The accepted diagnosis tool for assessment of excessive daytime sleepiness and for a definitive diagnosis of Narcolepsy.
Sleep Apnea Titration
A second nocturnal polysomnogram (NPSG) is performed with the aid of Continuous Positive Air Pressure machine to treat confirmed presence of apnea.
